In response to COVID-19 and travel restrictions, the insight professional hub – Social Intelligence Lab (SIL) in collaboration with Insight-Intelligence wanted to reimagine their in-person – Social Data Summit. Faced with the prospect of abandoning the event altogether, SIL and I-I needed their content and agenda converted to a virtual experience that was interactive and fun for their attendees.
Our virtual events team worked alongside SIL and I-I folks on the event strategy, content development, registration management, virtual production, platform selection, and technology management. We created virtual presentation stages to provide an enhanced streaming experience and interaction between speakers and the remote audience. We also coached the presenters on the tech platform and offered consulting on production kits to guarantee speakers had optimal lighting and equipment.
Since the event was specifically designed to be shared with content offered both live and on-demand, we made it easier for participants to amplify through their channels. Both SIL and I-I grew their followers because of a new digital audience and were even featured in leading industry publications. The event was sponsored by some of the leading tech brands in the marketing insights space such as Brandwatch, Audiense, Pulsar, Agorapulse, and many others.
